We hired Rayna in summer 2025 for a kitchen remodel and several home updates, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. She truly handled the design from top to bottom, guiding us through every single choice from paint colors, flooring, cabinet styles down to the baseboards, trim, faucets, and hardware. She really listened to our vision and never tried to push her choices on us. She was also super communicative, always answering calls and texts promptly. Whenever I felt hesitant or overwhelmed during the process, she patiently explained the vision and reaffirmed the direction. I am so glad I listened to her and leaned on her experience. Her dedication and integrity really showed through during the build process when our range hood arrived with a small, but very visible, dent on the front. She brought in experts to repair it, but when it was still visible, she didn't settle. Without us even asking, she stepped up to do the right thing—working directly with the vendor to get a full replacement and coordinating with the contractor to get it reinstalled. Our absolute favorite feature is the rift-cut white oak island, it turned out just as we wanted, she chose the perfect custom stain and quartz countertop to go with it. If you are looking for a designer who really listens, guides you through the process with patience, and genuinely advocates for her clients, I highly recommend Rayna!
